Role Responsibilities
- Multilingual Translation Support: Responsible for bidirectional translation among Chinese, English and Portuguese, covering business documents, meeting minutes, email communications, contract excerpts, product and sales materials, etc., ensuring accurate translation that fits business scenarios; support on-site translation needs during business trips to facilitate smooth cross-lingual communication.
- Sales-Related Project Assistance: Undertake basic sales project support tasks, assist in organizing project materials, follow up on basic project processes, file project documents, cooperate with the frontline sales team to complete auxiliary tasks in project implementation, and not involve complex project decision-making and negotiations.
- Administrative Affairs & Cross-Departmental Coordination: Assist the sales team supervisor in handling daily administrative affairs, including schedule arrangement, meeting preparation, business trip coordination, document filing, etc.; liaison with internal departments (Product, After-sales, etc.), convey the needs of the sales team, track the progress of task handling, and coordinate and resolve basic issues in cross-departmental communication.
- Other Auxiliary Tasks: Cooperate with the team to organize sales materials, input and conduct basic verification of data, assist in carrying out daily team communication and event implementation, and complete other administrative and business auxiliary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Role Qualifications
- Educational Background: College degree or above, major is not restricted; priority is given to majors related to Administrative Management, Business English and Portuguese.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, English and Portuguese with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities; able to independently complete bidirectional translation in various business scenarios without language barriers; priority is given to those familiar with local Brazilian business terminology and cultural habits.
- Work Experience: 1 year or more of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or Business Assistant; priority is given to those with experience in sales team support or multilingual translation; outstanding fresh graduates (with qualified language skills) are welcome to apply.
- Core Competencies: Strong execution ability and attention to detail; proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); good at document organization and basic data processing; excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently liaison with internal and external parties to promote task implementation.
- Other Requirements: Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit; able to adapt to the local working rhythm in Brazil; willing to cooperate with occasional business trips and temporary work arrangements of the team; good pressure resistance, able to efficiently complete multiple tasks in parallel.
