1. Regional HR Operations Leadership

• Lead HR operations across Spanish-speaking LATAM countries (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica).

• Own end-to-end HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle, employee inquiries, time off & attendance, benefits managements

• Ensure consistent high service quality delivery and high employee experience.

2. Policies, Controls & Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and enforce HR operational policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

• Monitor regulatory changes in Spanish-speaking LATAM and assess HR operational impact.

• Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.

3. HR Systems & Process Optimization

• Own employee data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across countries.

• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes.

• Partner with HRIT on system enhancements, integrations, and new country rollouts.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors (benefits brokers/vendors, HR service providers).

• Define SLAs, monitor performance, and lead vendor optimization initiatives.

• Act as a key operational partner to HRBPs, Talent, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance teams etc.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, coach, and develop regional HR operations team members.

• Build strong operational discipline, service mindset, and compliance awareness.

• Provide subject-matter expertise and escalation support for complex employee cases.
