We are looking for a Sales Ops Sr. Analyst with a strong passion for data analysis, commercial performance, and product-driven solutions. This role plays a key part in optimizing sales operations by transforming commercial needs into data insights and product initiatives.
This role works closely with commercial teams and acts as a key counterpart for the Product team, owning initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
The Sales Ops team focuses on generating insights and driving efficiencies for the commercial organization, partnering closely with them on projects and initiatives that improve performance, routines, and tooling.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead commercial efficiency projects by transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze commercial performance, sales data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, create, and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from multiple data sources.
- Own product-related commercial initiatives, acting as a Product Owner by gathering requirements, defining scope, and translating business needs into clear BRDs and product documentation.
- Work closely with the Product team to prioritize initiatives, align roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet commercial needs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across commercial, product, operations, and data teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Structure, prioritize, and track projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal commercial tools based on data insights and user feedback.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize analysis, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights, progress, and recommendations.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Systems, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, commercial analytics, product ownership, project management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills combined with solid commercial understanding.
- Advanced SQL knowledge.
- Experience working with CRM systems and internal commercial tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or others.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data or technical concepts into clear business language.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Fluent English (at least B2) as a working language is a must.
