Join our dynamic and innovative Courier Labs team, a part of the SSL Delivery division within DiDi. Our mission is to drive groundbreaking projects centered around couriers and delivery services. Role Responsibilities




  1. Vendor Opportunity Exploration





  • Actively explore and identify potential market logistics partners through various public channels.

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive public opportunity database, ensuring both the quantity and quality of entries.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and emerging opportunities to expand the pool of potential vendors.




  1. Courier Lead Sharing





  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to create a robust courier lead pool.

  • Utilize compliant internal tools to effectively share courier leads with vendors, ensuring smooth communication and data flow.




  1. Vendor Onboarding Support





  • Take charge of the onboarding process for new vendors, including collecting necessary documentation and providing training and Q&A sessions.

  • Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience to foster strong relationships with new partners.




  1. Vendor Recruitment Policy Development





  • Design and formulate vendor recruitment policies, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and market conditions.

  • Draft and continuously iterate policy documents to maintain their relevance and quality, providing clear guidelines for vendor engagement.




  1. Courier Recruitment Strategy





  • Develop and implement effective courier recruitment strategies to support vendor growth.

  • Set and achieve targets for increasing the number of couriers, contributing to the overall expansion of our logistics network.

Role Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management, logistics, or a related field. Experience in market research and recruitment strategies is a plus.

  • Strong market research and analysis skills.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using internal tools and databases for data management and sharing.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.

  • English reading/writing basic requirement; Chinese proficiency highest priority
