The Vehicle Solutions team plays a critical role in driving DiDi’s growth across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM by expanding and strengthening vehicle supply. The team focuses on identifying new supply channels, activating fleet partners, and building scalable foundations for long-term growth.
As a Fleet Business Development Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for sourcing and converting new fleet partners and vehicle supply opportunities. You will work at the intersection of growth and partnerships, building a strong pipeline that fuels new fleet launches and directly contributes to supply expansion.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where commercial execution, relationship building, and structured thinking come together to drive tangible growth outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Own the sourcing and qualification of new fleet partners and vehicle supply channels across Mexico.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, leading commercial conversations from first contact to signed agreement.
- Structure partnership models and drive conversion into committed fleet launches.
- Develop scalable outreach and sourcing playbooks to accelerate growth.
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to launch readiness.
- Track and optimize funnel performance to continuously improve sourcing efficiency.
Role Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles with clear ownership of revenue or growth targets.
- A strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing external partnerships.
- The ability to build structured pipelines and manage opportunities end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior external partners.
- A data-driven mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- High ownership, resilience, and a bias for action.
