We’re looking for a Performance and Planning Intern to be a part of logistics team — ensuring scalability, growth and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will have a key impact on defining long term strategy and building the main objectives for our Business Unit. This professional will be responsible for defining growth targets, creating performance frameworks, and translating strategic objectives into actionable goals for clients, carriers, and delivery partners. Acting as a key partner to leadership, you will provide insights, drive performance discussions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Establish and track business KPIs, driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Monitor project outcomes and business results, driving continuous improvement and performance acceleration.
Follow Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior, turning data into strategic plans,

Studying Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
Eager to develop analytical skills, data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL and Python.
