Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from problem definition and hypothesis formulation to data extraction, modeling, and insight generation.
- Build analytical models and frameworks from scratch to evaluate strategy impact (e.g., ROI, incremental lift, elasticity, funnel performance, user segmentation).
- Extract, clean, and transform data directly from raw data sources (SQL, data warehouses, internal datasets), ensuring analytical rigor and data consistency.
- Translate complex quantitative results into clear, structured narratives and actionable recommendations for business, marketing, product, and operations stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and existing approaches by using data to propose alternative hypotheses and strategic directions.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related quantitative field.
- 1–3 years of experience in analytical roles within CPG, Retail, Food Delivery, Financial Services, Tech, E-commerce or similar fast-paced environments.
- Prior exposure to tech, startups, marketplaces or delivery platforms is highly valued
- Strong experience designing analyses from scratch, framing business problems into analytical questions, and building structured models to evaluate strategy performance.
- Proven ability to conduct post-mortem analyses of commercial, marketing or growth initiatives, identifying drivers of success, failure, and unintended effects.
- Hands-on experience extracting and transforming data directly from source systems (SQL, data warehouses, raw datasets), with minimal reliance on pre-built dashboards.
- Comfortable working in project-oriented, ambiguous environments, managing multiple analytical streams and prioritizing impact over output
- Great soft skills: cross-functional collaboration + influencing skills to get things done; active listening, etc.
- Solid communication: structured approach + design of executive presentations (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Google slides)
- Language: advanced English
