Team Overview

As a Project Manager Intern at DiDi, you will support the implementation of an ERP System to help a new Didi Entity. You will join the local team, partnering with external supplier and all areas of company.

Role Responsibilities


  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities by maintaining project plans, tracking dependencies, and ensuring milestones are met.

  • Being key Point of COntact with ERP suppliers.

  • Facilitate effective communication between product, engineering, data, and operations teams by preparing clear status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logs to reduce information gaps and accelerate issue resolution.

  • Gather neccesary information of supplier, and ensuring needs and communicaiton are clear in both sides.

  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare weekly dashboards and concise executive summaries that surface risks and suggested mitigations, enabling data-driven steering of initiatives.

  • Support requirement gathering and scope definition by conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting user stories, and maintaining a prioritized task backlog to keep sprint goals focused and achievable.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within project workflows and run small experiments to increase team throughput, aiming to reduce cycle time for routine tasks by measurable amounts.

  • Assist in risk management and issue escalation by maintaining a risk register, proposing contingency plans, and coordinating rapid-response actions when incidents affect service availability or safety metrics.

Role Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; strong candidates with relevant internship or project experience will be considered.

  • Demonstrated project coordination skills with familiarity using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Excel to track progress and report status in a structured way.

  • Basic data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards and metrics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce concise summaries and facilitate meetings across multicultural teams.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple parallel tasks and maintain accurate documentation for large-scale programs.

  • Collaborative and proactive attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and escalating blockers while proposing practical solutions.

  • Prior exposure to product, operations, or mobility-related projects (university projects, internships, or volunteer work) demonstrating understanding of user-centered delivery and operational constraints.
