As a Business Development Manager, you will lead and empower a team of Business Developer Hunters to boost courier acquisition through offline channels. You’ll design and execute offline neighborhood and city-specific strategies to efficiently grow our delivery capacity.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution: designing the systems needed for the offline acquisition channel, activating local partnerships, motivating and holding your team accountable for results and leading by example. Your leadership will be key to developing your team and starting the channel's expasion.
Role Responsibilities
- System Ownership: Leading your offline acquisition team execution, following-up on results and finding opportunities to maximize the courier volume
- Project Management: Designing and executing partnership projects end-to-end
- Budget & Alignment: Taking part in budget planning and delivering outstanding acquisition results within budget plan
Role Qualifications
- Background: +5 years of professional experience in business development, field sales leadership or commercial operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Leadership: A hunter attitude, taking ownership and leading by example, with strong project and people management skills
- Mindset: High resilience in competitive environments and demonstrated experience motivating and coaching field sales teams
- Technical Proficiency: Proven sales and hunting experience in offline channels. Proficient in Excel and with experience with CRM platforms.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Spanish
