Team Overview

We are looking for people who are curious about human behavior and user experience! Who are open to new perspectives and who want to see their exercises and solutions reflected in the improvement of mobility in Brazil.

Role Responsibilities


  • Helping to promote a user-centric view and solution into our product/service, simplifying complex problems into simple and elegant solutions;

  • Recommending actions based on identifying growth opportunities through data, research and analysis;

  • Guiding, influencing and motivating the teams with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations;

  • Developing learning plans to address a business need using qualitative and quantitative research methods;

  • Managing research projects involving multiple areas and external partners.

  • Translating insights and researches into remarkable experiences;

  • Creating, iterating and executing interfaces aligned with Branding Style Guides, UI frameworks and Design Systems;

  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders around the globe;

  • Supporting to improve user perception on the entire mobility ecosystem.

Role Qualifications


  • Experience working with research (3+ years);

  • Statistic knowledge (understanding and experience on important definitions and techniques of statistic

  • Analytical thinking being able to analyze specific problems with data and facts support

  • Professional English level and great communications skills;

  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles (frameworks, workshops, sprints, heuristic analysis…);

  • Show ability to embrace change and navigate in a complex environment;

  • Demonstrate customer focus

  • Are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customers in mind;

  • Show attention to detail

  • Are able to accomplish tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small;

  • Show concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checks processes and tasks.

  • Ensure high-quality output.
