Role Responsibilities

As a Courier Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential partnerships, managing negotiations, recruiting couriers, and optimizing supplier operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our delivery services.




  1. Business Development:





  • Opportunity Identification: Actively seek out and explore potential partnerships with delivery service providers through various channels. Conduct thorough research to gather basic company information and perform quality assessments of potential opportunities.

  • Negotiation and Onboarding: Introduce our projects to potential partners, manage the negotiation process, and ensure successful onboarding. Be accountable for the number of successful vendor partnerships.




  1. Courier Recruitment:





  • Recruitment Strategy: Assist suppliers in analyzing recruitment channels, defining courier profiles, and designing salary and incentive policies. Explore new recruitment channels and profiles to attract top talent.

  • Growth Targets: Be responsible for the number of full-time couriers recruited, ensuring a steady and capable workforce.




  1. Supplier Operations:





  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis to identify operational pain points and anomalies in supplier performance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct daily meetings with suppliers to provide actionable recommendations and drive improvements. Ensure key performance indicators such as full-time courier compliance rates, delivery experience standards, and outstanding payment recovery rates are met

Role Qualifications



  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, supplier management, or a related field within the logistics or delivery industry.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights to drive operational improvements.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful partnerships and onboarding.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Experience in recruitment strategies, particularly within the courier or delivery sector.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for tackling challenges and a desire to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
