About the team/role
We are looking for a Key Account Intern to support the execution and operational excellence of national and international food industry brands on our platform. This role will work closely with Key Account Managers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial agreements, promotions, and operational initiatives are accurately implemented and executed on time.
The Key Account Intern will play a critical role in administrative support, campaign setup, and follow-up, ensuring that negotiated promotions, discounts, visibility actions, and operational changes are correctly loaded, monitored, and executed to maximize performance and avoid execution gaps.
This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, who wants to build a strong foundation in Key Account Management and platform operations.
In this role, you'll be...
- Support the administrative and operational execution of Key Account initiatives;
- Ensure all promotions, discounts, free delivery campaigns, and visibility actions are correctly set up and launched on the platform;
- Track and validate that negotiated commercial agreements are executed as agreed, identifying and escalating any discrepancies;
- Maintain updated trackers and internal documentation related to promotions, executions, and operational follow-ups;
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, product) to ensure flawless execution;
- Support post-campaign checks and basic performance tracking to ensure execution success;
- Act as a key support role to guarantee operational excellence and execution accuracy across assigned accounts.
