As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you will sit at the intersection of data and execution. You will collaborate with senior executives and global strategy teams to drive the rhythm of the business. Beyond just gathering information, you will be responsible for generating insights that directly influence priorities, resource allocation, and process enhancements. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to foster sustainable growth across diverse teams in a fast-evolving environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Driving Strategic Insight: Undertake in-depth research on the company's strategic direction and business positioning, providing decision-making support based on rigorous market intelligence.
- Leading Planning Cycles: Coordinate the definition and tracking of OKRs and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between local operations and global goals.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: proactively monitor industry dynamics and analyze new business models to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Facilitating Alignment: Encourage the flow of strategy-related information, facilitate consensus across different business units, and coordinate resources swiftly to execute projects.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks through structured thinking and propose scalable solutions
Role Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a planning role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong Business Acumen: A macro perspective capable of identifying opportunities and risks through structured analysis.
- Coordination Skills: Proven ability to manage projects independently, establishing cooperative relationships with business management.
- Communication Mastery: Ability to create compelling narratives and presentations to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
