The Premier Growth team is the engine behind our most exclusive vehicle category. We don’t just manage a fleet; we design the standards for the future of electric mobility.


As a Premier Growth Intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will have a 360° view of the business, acting as a vital link between Strategy, Operations, and Communication. This is a role for someone who wants to understand how a high-growth startup works from the inside out. You will help us ensure our Vehicle Catalog is precise, our driver communication is seamless, and our "Growth Engine" runs at full speed. If you are a fast learner who loves solving puzzles and seeing the immediate impact of your work, this is your place.

Role Responsibilities


  • Learning the Core of Mobility: You will support the definition and management of eligibility criteria for our Electric Vehicle fleet, learning what it takes to maintain a "gold standard" in the industry.

  • Supporting Acquisition Strategy: You will assist in the "Driver as Employee" strategy, helping us refine sales pitches and identify new channels to attract top-tier driver profiles.

  • Mastering Multi-Channel Communication: In collaboration with Marketing, you will help manage and update our communication library (WhatsApp Business, In-App pushes, and scripts), ensuring our voice is consistent and clear.

  • Connecting Office with Field Ops: You will act as a bridge to our Driver Center, helping oversee that audits and kit installations (Dashcams, Tags, etc.) match our digital records.

  • Optimizing the Funnel: You will identify bottlenecks in the "Requirement Compliance" flow, proposing ideas to make the journey from "interested driver" to "active on the road" faster and smoother.

Role Qualifications


  • Students currently enrolled in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.

  • Unstoppable Curiosity: You are a student or recent graduate who doesn't just want a job, but wants to understand why and how a business scales.

  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and feel a sense of satisfaction when a database is organized and accurate.

  • Adaptability & Ownership: Even as an intern, you take pride in your tasks. You are proactive and don't wait for a manual to start looking for solutions.

  • Collaboration Skills: You are a "people person" who can talk to a software engineer one minute and a driver or field agent the next.

  • Tech Orientation: You are digitally native. You are interested in how CRM tools, BI, and automation can turn a manual mess into a streamlined process.

  • Strong Communication & Empathy: You can put yourself in the drivers' shoes, translating complex requirements into simple, friendly, and motivating messages.
