The Courier Marketing LATAM team drives regional growth by building the strategic marketing frameworks, tools, and processes that empower our Strategy and Operations teams. In this role, you will be at the heart of this engine, accelerating courier growth and executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns across the region. Role Responsibilities
- Driving Growth: Supporting local teams across LATAM to scale online delivery sales, creating opportunities for users, restaurants, and couriers.
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Leading marketing initiatives from end-to-end—from conducting research and briefing creative/media partners to executing multi-channel plans (Social Media, In-App, CRM, and Offline).
- Strategic Optimization: Using internal data to transform complex variables into long-term strategic decisions and effective campaigns that hit business OKRs.
- Courier Engagement: Designing specialized platforms and events for courier networking and community building.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure seamless campaign coordination and messaging consistency.
- Market Intelligence: Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to implement best practices and innovative growth tactics.
- Future-Proofing: Contributing to high-impact special projects that will redefine the future of food delivery for DiDi.
Role Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in B2C Marketing roles (experience with commercial teams or B2B is a significant plus).
- Marketing Expertise: A proven track record in growth and retention campaigns, with the ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling messaging.
- Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset capable of evaluating campaign performance and business evolution to guide decision-making.
- Creative & Visual Thinking: The ability to conceptualize attractive experiences and generate innovative solutions to market challenges.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, with excellent oral and written communication skills for multicultural environments.
- Consumer Centricity: A natural ability to prioritize consumer insights and market trends to solve problems.
- Operational Resilience: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, energetic, and optimistic approach to teamwork and stakeholder management.
