Team Overview

The Strategy & Planning (S&P) team’s mission is to support DiDi’s mobility business to achieve sustainable growth, by providing insights, driving decisions, leading key projects and setting the rhythm for execution alongside multifunctional teams.

We have a very broad view of the business and we interact with every team in the company to create our know-how. Then we build our mobility strategy, promote cross-functional collaboration, lead key company-wide projects, and executive forums.

In this position, you will support the team in ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives, leading multiple areas through projects with multidisciplinary scopes, in order to promote direction, visibility and alignment among stakeholders.

In the S&P team, you will find a collaborative, high-performance environment, with people engaged and concerned with driving the success of the business.

Role Responsibilities



  • Building tools and reports to track and give visibility on strategic initiatives

  • Running data analysis to support decision making and project prioritization

  • Analyzing and applying optimization initiatives

  • Leading, managing and tracking key business projects

  • Develop in-depth country-level market analysis, incl. regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape, customer/product insight, etc.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

  • Influence key stakeholders across product, operational, functional teams and headquarters to drive towards an aligned winning strategy.

  • Stakeholder management: build strong relationships, understand other’s point of view, lead by influence and handle conflicting interests



HARD SKILLS:



  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets and analytics in general

  • Fluency English - the position requires daily interaction with foreign stakeholders living in China and abroad



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields

  • 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, tech companies, business administration, or roles related to strategy and planning.

  • Potential location base (with occasional business travel): Mexico City, Monterrey, Bogota, Buenos Aires.
