Team Overview

We are looking for a Planning and Performance analyst who will support the strategic planning, performance measurement, and operational excellence within your area of responsibility. You will work on the development and execution of data-driven plans that align with business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions.

Role Responsibilities


  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives and operational targets.

  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, comercial, product, etc.) to align planning and performance strategies across the organization.

  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes and performance management.

  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of performance insights.

  • Support capability-building efforts to foster a data-driven culture within teams and stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Role Qualifications


  • An analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience building and delivering impactful presentations

  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to offline expansion initiatives

  • The ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment

  • A background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields

  • Advanced or fluent English

  • Base location in São Paulo
