About the team/role
We are looking for a Planning and Performance analyst who will support the strategic planning, performance measurement, and operational excellence within your area of responsibility. You will work on the development and execution of data-driven plans that align with business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions.

In this role, you'll be...
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives and operational targets.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, comercial, product, etc.) to align planning and performance strategies across the organization.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes and performance management.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of performance insights.
- Support capability-building efforts to foster a data-driven culture within teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- An analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience building and delivering impactful presentations
- Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

- The ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
- A background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
- Advanced or fluent English
