Team Overview
Given the continuous development and strategic implementation needs of the IBG Auto & Fleet Ecosystem, the AEP team proposes to add an Operations Senior Analyst position to enhance cross-market execution efficiency and optimize strategic implementation capability.
- International Strategy: The Auto Ecosystem initiative began in Mexico and Brazil and will gradually cover key IBG regional markets, including Colombia and Argentina, aiming to build a supply-side foundational capacity for international ride-hailing. This requires establishing a team with cross-national collaboration capability to ensure strategic consistency and efficiency
- Execution Fluency: Currently, the core team focuses on strategic research/design and supply chain business development. This role will support the landing of international partners for a better executional synergy
- Coordination & Enablement (The Solution): This role will serve as the core lever for implementing the international auto ecosystem, coordinating operational resources and ensuring implementation aligns with headquarters strategy
Role Responsibilities
- Support the operational execution of the IBG Auto Ecosystem Business, with special focuse on the fleet operation lifecycle.
- Responsible for partner operational support and assist the team in developing Operations Playbooks.
- Coordinate internal cross-departmental resources within the company to drive the implementation of strategic goals.
- The position is intended to be based in Mexico to support the team’s initial resource rollout, and future expension in other SSL countries.
