Team Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategically-minded marketing professional to act as the primary steward for the company's identity and market position. This role is crucial for transforming our long-term business strategy into a defined market presence, impactful campaigns, and engaging customer experiences. You will be responsible for leveraging data, consumer insights, and analytical rigor to develop and refine the overall marketing strategy. This leader will guide content creation, manage key agency partnerships, and ensure all communication channels consistently reflect our core values, driving both market perception and commercial success. It requires a strong balance of creative ideation and business-driven execution.

Role Responsibilities


  • Leading the marketing strategy to connect the business ambition with the brand vision, ensuring alignment across all initiatives.

  • Acting as the primary driver to translate high-level vision into concrete deliverables and measurable actions.

  • Working cross-functionally to define brand territories and identifying key areas for growth and differentiation.

  • Creating and articulating the brand's unique value proposition to develop brand position in the competitive landscape.

  • Overseeing the execution of integrated marketing efforts, including developing Branding Campaigns and Content across various media.

  • Directing external partners and internal teams to manage agencies and social channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  • Consistently identifying opportunities to bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance brand perception and engagement.

  • Operating with a strong Business-driven mindset, linking brand activities directly to commercial success metrics.

  • Leveraging internal and external data to develop insights that inform strategic decisions and campaign optimization.

  • Synthesizing complex information to drive research recommendations & discussions with senior leadership.

  • Managing the brand budget and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all brand initiatives.

  • Serving as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines.

Role Qualifications


  • Possess a proven track record (6+ years) in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Have demonstrable success in defining, launching, or repositioning brands.

  • Possess a customer-first mindset with a deep passion for insights.

  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • A track record of being an energetic and optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders.

  • Are an exceptional communicator and presenter, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders, as well as influencing decisions.

  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting market research, sales data, and consumer insights.

  • A bias for action with a relentless focus on results. You are one who can always find a way around to solve problems.

  • Are a dynamic leader who can manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working in global and matrixed organization structures

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Data driven, takes decision based on data analysis to impact business growth.
