About the team/role
The campaign marketing team drives key strategic outcomes through cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute marketing campaigns, optimize pricing and promotional strategies, and enhance growth-related product features. Leveraging data, experiments, and creativity, we provide the core engine for business growth.
In this role, you'll be...
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., theme marketing campaigns, seasonal campaigns, category campaigns) to drive new user acquisition and retention through growth strategies and in-app communication mechanisms.
- Deliver cross-functional growth initiatives, coordinating Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and in-app notifications.
- Leverage banners, pop-ups, push notifications, and other channels to maximize campaign impact.
- Continuously monitor and analyze core metrics (new user growth, retention, repeat purchase behavior, etc.) and drive strategy optimization.
- Research competitor dynamics, market trends, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the design, testing, measurement, and iteration of growth experiments to scale actionable outcomes.

- 3–6 years of experience in growth operations, user operations, or related fields within Internet/e-Commerce platforms, retail companies, or startups; performance marketing experience preferred.
- Strong data analysis capability; able to derive insights from data to inform decisions; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
- Experience with marketing campaign management tools, CRM platforms, and in-app messaging/push notification tools.
- Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities and excellent project execution skills.
- Proactive with strong initiative, excels in fast-changing environments to create value.
- Fluent in English (working language).
- A strategist who can also execute; able to mine data deeply and drive growth through creative ideas; adept at cross-functional collaboration with a dual focus on user experience and business growth.
