About the team/role

Join our team and help shape the future of mobility!

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll dive deep into user behaviour, support daily operations, and turn insights into actions that directly impact our drivers and riders. This is a hands-on, user-focused, bottom-up role where your ideas can quickly become reality.

In this role, you'll be...

1. Daily Operations

  • Support day-to-day marketplace tasks and ensure a smooth user experience
  • Monitor performance and address issues in a dynamic environment
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions

3. Plan → Test → Execute → Analyse

  • Run A/B tests and translate strategy into on-ground execution
  • Support the planning and delivery of campaigns and promotions

3. User-focused insights

  • Conduct user research and engage with driver & rider communities
  • Provide user-driven feedback to guide product and ops decisions

4. Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work with product, policy, and marketing teams on insights and initiatives
  • Communicate findings clearly to drive alignment and improvements

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Strong skills in Google Sheets; Basic SQL knowledge required (Python is a plus!)
  • Passion for communication and working closely with users

  • Interest in the mobility / rideshare industry

  • Background or studies in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields is a plus

  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to react quickly in a fast-moving environment
