Team Overview

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior Analyst to specialize in our Operations function. This is a critical role for an experienced team member who will act as a specialist in a core functional module.

You will be expected to independently execute complex operational tasks, manage dedicated workstreams, and play a key role in large-scale projects. Success in this role requires not only efficiency in execution but also a strategic mindset to constantly analyze, diagnose, and suggest methods of optimization to existing processes and playbooks. You will solve complex problems with limited guidance, driving efficient execution and measurable results across the organization.

Role Responsibilities

You will be the functional specialist driving analysis and execution, evolving our systems and processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Operational Specialization & Process Optimization

  • Act as the specialist within one simple function module, playing a key role in relevant projects and independently completing complex operation tasks.

  • Drive efficient execution and achieve strategic results, even when solving complex problems with limited guidance from senior staff.

  • Proactively diagnose bottlenecks and suggest, develop, and implement methods for optimization to existing processes and playbooks.

  • Analyze Data & Drive Insight

  • Be proficient in common data analysis methods and tools, including SQL and Python, applying them to complex business challenges.

  • Independently develop reasonable hypotheses for business problems, choosing the proper analytical methods, and conducting in-depth analyses to drive insights.

  • Deeply understand the definition, logic, correlation, and inference among various operational metrics to provide input for business strategy development.

  • Lead and Manage Projects

  • Take independent responsibility for small projects, or play a key role in larger initiatives. This includes creating the comprehensive project plan, schedule, and item prioritization.

  • Monitor project progress across its lifecycle, managing effective communications and ensuring information visibility among project members.

  • Independently solve common problems encountered during execution, knowing when and how to proactively seek help for highly complex challenges.

  • Strategize, Communicate & Collaborate

  • Accurately identify key stakeholders in various settings and flexibly adapt communication and collaboration approaches to suit the audience and situation.

  • Present data, analysis, and proposals in a mature and effective manner, adjusting the content and style according to the audience.

    • Proactively seek cooperation with other teams, understanding the possible benefits of such work synergy, and share necessary information between teams.

    • Independently prepare and organize regular meetings, clarifying objectives and agendas in advance to maximize meeting efficiency.

    • Acknowledge conflicts or disagreements and take effective measures to collaborate with all team members to constructively resolve conflicts.

Role Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, Operations, or Strategy role, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven track record as a specialist, independently completing complex operations tasks and suggesting process improvements.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks for small to mid-sized projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust communication style and presentation content based on the audience (technical vs. executive).

  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.

  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project, from planning to execution and completion.

  • Advanced ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among various internal stakeholders.

  • Experience understanding and articulating user pain points and the core value delivered to customers.

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's) in a related field.
