Role Responsibilities
- Supporting data governance: Drive the end-to-end structuring of data initiatives - mapping current gaps, identifying key opportunities, defining and prioritizing the data roadmap, and partnering with Data and Product teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and business-aligned data foundations.
- Improving data structuring: Drive the organization and optimization of operational data, enabling better usage through clearer segmentation, classification, and prioritization.
- Running elasticity & ROI analyses: Model price elasticity by cohort (e.g., high/low engagement, rides vs. fuel) to find optimal burn thresholds and avoid over-incentivization that harms marketplace efficiency.
- Improving unit economics: Deep-dive fuel price composition and margins to define minimum price floors/service-fee levers that preserve value perception while improving revenue.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of background with previous experience using data to support business decisions
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong toolkit in Data Analytics (SQL required; Python/R a plus; experimentation/causal inference desirable).
