  • You will be responsible for managing the payment channels and operations of Payin (collection) and Payout (disbursement) for Didi (99)’s Brazil-based international business, with the goal of increasing the success rate of local payment channels.
  • You will need an in-depth understanding of industry trends and characteristics of Brazil’s payment landscape, including card payments, installment payments, PIX payments, and e-wallets.
  • You need to have a proven track record of applying local best practices—specifically in card payments, installment services, channel MID management, and payment routing—to drive results.
  • You should be familiar with key players in the payment ecosystem (e.g., acquirers, card schemes, issuing banks, and payment institutions). Additionally, you need knowledge of payment product systems and the ability to independently analyze/optimize requirements and solve problems in the role of a Payment Channel Product Manager.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Be responsible for the payment channel management and operation management of Payin and Payout for Didi (99)'s international business in Brazil, with the goal of improving the success rate of payment channels in the country.
  • Identify and optimize product opportunities/issues through competitor analysis, data analysis, and user complaints to enhance user experience and payment performance.
  • Work closely with partner teams, especially local business teams, risk control teams, and FIBD teams in Brazil, also external institutions to define payment channel objectives and resolve product operation issues.
  • Practice and implement best practices in card payment, installment payment, APMs (Alternative Payment Methods) payment, channel MID management, and channel router decision-making.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • More than 5 years of experience in payment product management or payment operations; familiarity with risk control, payment channel routing, and merchant ID management is a plus.
  • Work experience in the industries of card schemes, issuing banks, acquirers, or e-wallets is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with strong logical thinking; possess excellent abilities to analyze, decompose, abstract, and solve complex problems, and can develop best practice solutions based on successful experiences.
  • Understand internet product development processes. Be able to independently formulate and plan product requirements. Have good data sensitivity and analytical skills.
  • English is required as the working language.

You'll love working at DiDi because...
