99 Creative Huh is looking for a Creative Strategist.

We are a multidisciplinary and diverse team focused on leveraging brand and business results through creative strategies. We lead projects and collaborate with internal and external partners to build world-class communication and a global creative community at 99 | DiDi. If you are a knowledgeable creative/strategist willing to be challenged we might be looking for you.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Creative Strategy Manager will lead the Creative Strategy discipline within 99’s Creative Hub — connecting business, culture, and creativity to amplify the brand’s power and impact.



  • This role requires strong strategic vision, storytelling mastery, and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams to turn briefs into ideas that move culture and drive results.

  • Focused on business needs, the creative strategist will be responsible for transforming data into insights, ideas and execution orientation.

  • We are looking for creative, strategic and result-oriented professional capable of:

  • Lead the team of creative strategists, ensuring quality, consistency, and inspiration across all outputs;

  • Act as the bridge between the creative hub and business, product, and growth teams;

  • Define strategic frameworks and methodologies that guide creative development;

  • Keep 99 connected to culture, society, and consumer behavior — and ensure the brand reacts creatively to them;

  • Support large-scale brand initiatives and integrated campaigns from insight to execution;

  • Build and nurture a strong network of strategic partners (agencies, consultants, creators);

  • Inspire, coach, and develop emerging creative strategy talent.

Role Qualifications









  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, communication, and creative leadership;

  • Proven track record in major brands, agencies, or tech companies;

  • Excellent leadership, influence, and communication skills;

  • Deep understanding of branding, culture, and consumer behavior;

  • Experience managing and developing creative teams;

  • Fluent English.
