We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).
To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.
Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

About the team/role
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning (S&P) to join our leadership team. This is a critical role for someone who operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy, ensuring that the company not only defines but also delivers on its growth ambitions across multiple business units.
The role requires a senior professional at the top of the manager band, able to challenge assumptions, generate insights, influence senior stakeholders, and move initiatives forward with clarity and impact.
In this role, you'll be...
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Leadership & Business Partnering
- Manage and oversee P&L performance across multiple BUs (Logistics, B2B, Ridehailing, and others), working as the bridge between Finance and Operations.
- Define short, mid, and long-term topline objectives, ensuring alignment with company growth ambitions.
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to identify performance deviations, business opportunities, and structural improvements.
- Understand business drivers such as seasonality, pricing mechanisms, and unit economics, ensuring robust forecasting and scenario planning.
- Strategic Planning & OKRs Governance
- Design, cascade, and govern company-level OKRs, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Proactively challenge business areas, fostering accountability and positive provocation to unlock growth and efficiency.
- Lead strategic projects that cut across business lines, including innovation initiatives, MVPs, and new business opportunities.
- Insight Generation & Problem Solving
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for C-Level and BU leaders.
- Drive structured problem solving, connecting diverse business challenges to integrated solutions.
- Act as owner for selected initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery and measurable impact.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 S&P professionals, building analytical rigor, business acumen, and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Create a culture of proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and solution-oriented thinking – avoiding a “task-driven” mindset.
We're eager to be in touch because you have...
- 8–12+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Business Operations in high-growth or complex environments.
- Proven track record in P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnering at a senior level.
- Strong analytical and data-driven background, combined with creative problem-solving and business intuition.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making without direct authority.
- Experience in setting and governing OKRs, KPIs, and strategic projects at company or multi-BU level.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to synthesize complexity into clarity and impact.
- Prior experience leading teams of high-caliber analysts or managers.
You'll love working at DiDi because...
