As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in executing our business strategy, with sales being the heart of our operations and crucial to our success.
Our project is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for talented individuals to help us structure and elevate our team’s performance. You will report directly to the Head of the Project and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on scaling the business in key cities, while launching and expanding new lines of business.

- Managing our Acquisition and Engagement strategy with our Partners
- Ensuring successful business expansion
- Defining Sales Strategic Planning
- Sales Training and Development
- Managing Sales Targets to guarantee achievements
- Analyzing Data to better define action plans
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors

- Establishing and strengthening solid relationships across various areas
- Supporting New Line of Business
- Managing Processes and Continuous Improvement
Role Qualifications
- 5 years of Experience in a leadership position on Sales (B2B)
- Emotional intelligence, Resilience, Communication, teamwork, Critical Thinking, decision Making, Result Driven and Organization
- Fluent English, Excel & Power Point, leadership
- Engineering/Economy/Business Administrations - Flexible
- Marketplaces in which it is necessary to form a partnership with an external client and offer it to the user
