About the team/role

At 99, we’re building the future of logistics in Brazil — and trade marketing is a big part of it.
We’re looking for someone hands-on, creative, and data-driven to join our Growth Ops team and take the lead on driver engagement programs and brand visibility initiatives.

Trade Marketing at 99 Logistics goes beyond branding — it’s about growth, visibility, and engagement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiatives that help drivers earn more (like the vehicle stickers program), campaigns that make 99 stand out in stores and in the streets, and activations of customers.

You’ll connect creative trade marketing with data-driven growth, designing B2C and B2B activations that build trust and awareness. It’s a hybrid role for someone who can move from spreadsheets to stores, from strategy to execution — and who wants to see their work shaping how customers and drivers experience the 99 brand.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Own the vehicle stickers program for Freight drivers, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Design and execute trade marketing campaigns (B2C & B2B, in-store, co-branded).
  • Partner with merchants and businesses to scale activations.
  • Develop frameworks to measure ROI of trade initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to connect trade and growth priorities.
  • Ensure brand visibility across multiple channels and touchpoints.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 4+ years in trade marketing, retail, or growth ops.
  • Ability to connect creative campaigns with data and ROI.
  • Experience managing partnerships and in-store activations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Hands-on mindset, ready to execute and test fast.
  • Nice to have: experience in logistics, marketplaces, or retail. And in brand partnerships or co-branded campaigns.
