职位描述

1. Responsible for organizational development which including organization efficiency, HC and organizational expense management and organizational strucuture change etc.

2. Be a partner with global HR teams, build a talent pipeline and improve talent retention for sustainable growth

3. Analyze workforce information and employment issues, provide solutions to HR teams in policies and procedures.

4. Design and implement HR initiatives and programs specific to boost HR team development and enhance team cohesiveness and inspire open & diversity working culture.

任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related majors.

2. More than 5 years’comprehensive HR experience, rich experience in Org and Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and other modules.

3. Comprehensive experience in multinational culture fusion, superb communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

4. Capability of change management, and strong project management skill, ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts, with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good capability of taking initiatives, driving and steer changes proactively and effectively; highly developed ability to prioritize, assert and make decisions.

6. Strong consulting skill and able to act as trustful mediator when necessary.
