Sales Intelligence is the strategic arm that connects commercial execution with market data and operational efficiency. Our goal is to provide structured information that empowers sales teams to focus on the right partners, at the right time, in the right way.

As a Merchant Leads Management Analyst, you will play a key role in structuring and organizing our database of potential merchants. You will support the qualification, segmentation, and monitoring of leads, ensuring that the sales team operates with agility and precision. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges research, operations, and commercial intelligence — and interfaces directly with external partners (BPOs) responsible for data crawling and enrichment.

In this role you will…

Support the creation and maintenance of the merchant leads database.

Enrich and validate merchant data using internal and external sources.

Interface with BPO partners responsible for data crawling, ensuring SLA compliance and quality of deliverables.

Organize merchants by business type, region, and other key segmentation variables.

Track overlap with competitors and maintain records to avoid duplication.

Collaborate with the commercial team to validate lead quality and prioritize outreach.

Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor lead pipeline evolution.

Assist in the testing and refinement of lead scoring models.
