This role will be involved day to day in all key perspective of DiDi ANZ operations:
• Lead all key data and analytical stream ANZ operations, and implement day to day data analytical from design to analysis and insights
• Monitor business performance and generate actionable insights to support the team to perform better.
• Stay hands-on and drive excellence through problem solving and advisory.
• Deliver strategic analysis – including in-depth ROI analysis, driver income analysis, pricing and city segmentation analysis, user cohort analysis

The Successful Applicant Will Have
• Seniority of 1-3 years of business experience in total, ideally working as Business Analytics/Data Scientist roles in technology firms, consulting firms, or startups.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical, written and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to work with and influence indirectly multiple stakeholders
• Multiple functions and also internationally - English fluency (oral and written) is mandatory: the position requires daily interaction with international stakeholders living abroad
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SQL is must. Python is preferred, but willingness to learn is a must
• Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematical science/Computer Science or other related field.
• Relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus
