• Define and evolve comprehensive learning strategy and framework aligned with the Didi international business goals and objectives
• Design and deliver leadership development programs by different layers
• Identify training needs to address business issues and provide customized talent development plan
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops, that address skill gaps and promote professional growth and development
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, make data-driven decisions and keep evolving
• Facilitate annual essential training cycle, such as new employees onboarding programs, campus hiring and young talents development programs, etc.
• Proficient in using learning management systems, e-learning platforms, Qualifications
• Stay updated with market trend and best practices in L&D area
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and develop a high-performing cross countries learning and development team
任职要求
• Management experiences in learning and development function in well-established organization for at least over 10 years, preferably from retail, MNC and overseas internet industry.
• Good conceptual and structured thinking skills to define training needs from the business situation and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to establish and build collaborative relationships with individuals across a broad range of functions and levels of leadership.
• Open mindset with good understanding and communication skill in international working environment
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and the effective application in a business setting.
• Ability to build business case to support learning/development interventions and assess impact.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Chinese.
• Bachelor degree required and Master degree or above would be preferred.
