Strategic Operations Management: Oversee the measurement and analysis of core operational and growth metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships, effectively collaborating across functions and levels, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.

Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of high-impact strategies aimed at enhancing rider and driver engagement, growth, and overall business performance.

City Campaigns & Events: Work with Marketing and Operations teams to manage and execute city campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Operational Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve office and operational efficiency.
