职位描述

1、体系化搭建用户体验管理体系,建立完善的用户声音收集渠道;

2、推动完善用户体验评估体系,实现全面客观的用户体验诊断和持续监控优化机制;

3、通过VoC分析、行业洞察等渠道,充分挖掘用户体验全链路问题;深入业务洞察根因,挖掘体验痛点,针对核心问题推动方案优化;

4、与客户服务团队充分合作,支持实现服务方案优化,提升用户声音准确反馈的效率。

1. Systematize user experience management system, build experience quantitative assessment capability, and establish perfect user voice collection channels;

2. Promote the improvement of user experience evaluation system, achieve comprehensive and objective user experience diagnosis, and establish management mechanism for continuous monitoring and optimization;

3. Through VOC analysis, industry insights and other channels, fully excavate the user experience all-link problems; deep business insights into the root cause, excavate the experience pain points, and promote program optimization for the core issues;

4. Cooperate fully with customer service team to support the realization of service program optimization.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历,英语可作为工作语言,接受短期海外出差;3年及以上体验/用户运营/体验管理工作经历;

2、善于从用户体验视角思考解决方案,有一定的体系化思维能力和创新思维;

3、目标导向,具备良好的业务意识和用户意识,有良好的自驱力和学习能力;

4、有互联网C端用户体验和运营相关经验者优先。

1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language, accept short-term overseas travel; 3 years and above experience in experience/user operation/experience management;

2. Excel in designing solutions from user experience perspective, with certain systematic thinking ability and innovative thinking;

3. Goal-oriented, with good business sense and user awareness, strong self-drive and learning ability;

4. To-C user experience operations experience in Internet/Fintech Industry is preferred.
