本岗位为海外增长与内容运营经理,base地为北京办公室。
岗位核心职责为特定业务线的增长与运营,通过核心客群增长、渠道拓展与策略运营优化,对业务规模增长负责。
・目标规划:全面负责特定业务线的单量与营收增长。主导目标制定、预算管理及规划、关键动作的挖掘和拆解、运营动作以及节奏等全流程
・内容运营:专注于核心客群(赴日游客)的增长与维护。精准定位客群特征,构建客户画像,并通过创新的内容运营和场景营销策略,提升用户对品牌的认知度;制定并执行内容营销方案,以及用户转化策略,以实现可持续的业务增长。
・渠道拓展:深入分析用户生命周期,挖掘用户增长有价值的机会点以及业务方向,建立和维护与外部渠道的合作关系
・产品体验:深入研究并洞察用户增长与体验流程,定位用户需求与痛点,与产品、技术等跨职能团队紧密合作,提出并实施以用户为中心的产品化解决方案

The position is based in DiDi’s Beijing office. We are looking for a Growth & Operations Specialist to lead mobility transformation. This role will be leading specific product categories' growth and operations, and providing support in management decision-making.
・Strategy and planning: Responsible for business growth, including but not limited to defining multi-year business strategy, lead in budget planning and management, identifying key enablers and drive end-to-end execution.
・Content operations: Enhance core user (inbound) awareness. Develop and execute content marketing and scenario-based conversion operations to achieve sustainable business growth.
・Channel expansion: Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer lifecycle to uncover valuable opportunities for user growth. Explore and develop potential channels and partnerships.
・Product and UX: Drive business solutions for user growth and platform experience, recommending the best solution among multiple operational and product approaches.
任职要求
・本科及以上学历,3年以上互联网运营经验
・能独立完成复杂业务目标与规划制定,具备出色的执行能力
・丰富的内容运营和渠道拓展,有独到的用户洞察与互联网增长经验
・丰富的跨团队、跨国工作经验,能清晰有效沟通,快速建立与多团队的信赖关系
・对用户行为和数据敏感,有较强的逻辑思考能力,分析并识别问题
・商务日文、中文水平,英文熟练者优先

・Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of work experience.
・Ability to independently build business growth roadmap and measurable goals, break down into actions with proper accountable owners, and drive end-to-end execution.
・Rich experience in content operations and channel expansion. Deep understanding in user insights and internet growth operations.
・Rich experience in cross-team and international work. Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
・Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
・Business-level proficiency in Chinese and Japanese. English skills would be a plus.
