・负责日本出行业务,为业务规模与盈利目标负责
・深入分析日本出行市场,制定长期战略规划及路径,拆解可落地的预算、策略方案,达成增长目标
・负责推动用户增长、司机增长和平台体验优化,基于日本交易市场的特性,输出策略与产品解决方案
・通过数据分析与用户行为研究,持续迭代有价值的策略方向并推动落地
・支持新产品的落地,推动项目平稳上线
・与产品团队和海外团队紧密合作,推动团队间沟通协同

The position is based in DiDi’s Beijing office. We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead Japan mobility transformation. This role will be overseeing product categories' strategy and operations, and providing support in management decision-making. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Japan’s marketing and sales teams, associated product teams, and leadership in driving product strategy, user growth, driver growth, and P&L management.
・Support management teams in defining multi-year business strategy, lead in national and regional level budgeting and goal setting.
・Drive business solutions for user growth, driver growth, and platform experience, recommending the best solution among multiple operational and product approaches. Influence counterparts from Japan and China.
・Develop analytics and insights with the data intelligence team to analyze, track and optimize strategic initiatives’ results.
・Support in new product implementation and the launch of high-quality deliverables.
・Influence stakeholders to identify and address business issues, gaps in processes, and drive scalable resolution to improve marketing and supply sales productivity and results.
任职要求
・本科及以上学历,3年以上产品运营/增长运营经验
・能独立负责复杂业务的规划与运营,具备出色的目标规划和执行能力
・具备敏锐的市场洞察力,能够准确把握海外市场趋势和用户需求
・有较强的数据敏感力和逻辑思考能力,数据驱动,善于发现问题并独立解决
・丰富的跨团队、跨国工作经验,快速建立与多团队的信赖关系
・商务日文、中文水平,英文熟练者优先

・Ability to build business growth roadmap and measurable goals, break down into actions with proper accountable owners, and drive end-to-end execution.
・Experience of driving strategy planning cross business, finance, product teams.
・Experience of business operational management experience in large-scale, complex, and global initiatives.
・Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
・Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
・Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese. Chinese skills would be a plus.
・Bachelor’s degree.
