2. Lead an effective business management system to ensure all the strategic and operational goals are achieved throughout the year; drive operational tracking and analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and provide insights to management on key problems in strategy execution
3. Lead key projects in strategy implementation, such as safety, efficiency management, competition strategy, etc; drive field research and data analysis; coordinate regional/functional teams in execution and implementation
任职要求
1. Solid professional experience in top consulting/banking/investment/tech strategy for around 5-8 years; solid deal experience/entrepreneurship experience are preferred; The knowledge and practice of food delivery business is a huge plus
2. Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills; solid business and financial analytical background; skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven; operation management preferred; independent and critical thinking
3. Strong business communication and influencing skills in both English and Chinese; third language and multi-cultural background preferred; strong passion for international business and enjoy global business travels
