About the Role:
As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll create a welcoming and organized environment, supporting both employees and visitors while handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your role will be integral in maintaining a positive workplace culture and keeping our office space optimized for productivity.

Manage meal deliveries, including coordinating lunch and dinner orders, as well as setup and cleanup
Support internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and serve as the main contact for building management
Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure the team has everything they need
Assist with onboarding by preparing workstations, setting up IT equipment, and welcoming new hires
Take ownership of special projects as assigned to improve office operations and efficiency
