We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape the direction of our platform and deliver solutions that make hospitals safer and more effective places to work and deliver care.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Canopy, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering products that support healthcare workers in fast-moving clinical environments. You will partner closely with design, engineering, and leadership to translate complex operational challenges into intuitive, scalable product solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will drive product strategy while ensuring execution stays tightly aligned with real-world customer needs.

Here are some of the responsibilities you'll take on:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with Canopy’s mission of improving safety and responsiveness in healthcare environments.
  • Customer & Workflow Insight: Develop a deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and customer needs through direct engagement with healthcare partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring product initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Product Discovery: Conduct customer interviews, usability reviews, and research to uncover opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Requirements & Prioritization: Translate product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead product development cycles in partnership with engineering teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Define success metrics, analyze product usage data, and continuously iterate to improve product outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress across internal teams and leadership.
  • Product Experience: Partner closely with UX and engineering to ensure product experiences are intuitive, reliable, and effective in real clinical environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and launching SaaS products.● Experience working on complex operational or workflow-driven software platforms.● Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear product strategy and execution plans.● Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams in agile development environments.● Experience working with data, analytics, and product metrics to guide decisions.● Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.● Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments where priorities evolve quickly.● Healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry experience highly preferred.● Passion for building products that solve meaningful real-world problems.
