What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to IT partner for our Pakistan office, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests with efficiency and care.
Handle all aspects of device provisioning, inventory tracking, and deprovisioning for hires and terminations.
Manage daily break/fix support for the PK team—ensuring equipment and access issues are resolved quickly and completely.
Set up IT infrastructure in our in-person office including sourcing hardware, configuring phones, TVs, and ethernet, and coordinating internet setup.
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets across the company through Jira ITSM, escalating when needed and closing the loop with users.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of assets and support activity.
Communicate clearly, kindly, and proactively with employees at all levels to provide excellent support experiences.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies in IT operations.
What You’ve Done
3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.
Proven track record of resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
Acted as the primary IT lead for the Pakistan office of a US-based company, translating US-defined IT strategy into local implementation and support.
Experience managing support workflows in ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management), with hands-on familiarity with MDM platforms like Kandji or Microsoft Intune, and administration of Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience supporting technology in a high-volume support environment—understanding the urgency, scale, and service mindset required in these settings.
Demonstrated ability to manage hardware inventory, provisioning/deprovisioning, and device troubleshooting.
Known for your customer-first attitude, your attention to detail, and your ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure.
