We are seeking an Outreach Manager who will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Development and Account Management. This individual will be instrumental in expanding access to life-saving mental health and substance abuse care by cultivating strong partnerships with key stakeholders. In this role, you will proactively identify and engage potential partners, build meaningful relationships, and develop strategic initiatives to drive awareness and referrals. By effectively positioning our solutions within the healthcare landscape, you will help bridge critical gaps in care, ensuring that more individuals receive the high-quality treatment they need. What you’ll be doing as a Regional Outreach Manager:
- Execute GTM strategies to drive awareness and engagement within target markets.
- Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and potential challenges regularly.
- Continuously propose, develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement with key referral markets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, leveraging insights from partners, patients, and market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve internal processes.
- Represent the organization externally and virtually by delivering presentations, participating in industry events, and maintaining visibility at conferences and seminars to foster partnerships, align key opportunities, and stay informed on emerging trends.
- Dedicate 2-3 days each week to conducting on-site meetings with providers and organizations, aiming to identify needs and solidify partnerships within the community.
- Achieve or exceed partnership referral and revenue targets on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Leverage CRM systems, data-informed platforms, and AI-powered insights to actively manage and refine the sales pipeline, strengthen partner engagement, and drive strategic growth.
- Provide regular updates to the team on market intelligence and identify areas for growth and improvement
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Must be located in the San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento area.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare, telehealth, or treatment sector.
- Driven by a passion for improving access to care and bridging critical gaps in treatment through strategic, market-aligned solutions.
- Skilled at building trust, fostering collaborative decision-making, and influencing key stakeholders to drive meaningful action.
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license 4-5 days per week for meetings and events with potential partners.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Experience leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to support outreach, sales pipeline management, and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
