We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead our Growth team, reporting to the VP of Product Management. In this role, you will own Brightside’s growth strategy across multiple channels, including our direct to consumer channel, payers, commercial partners, and referrals from hospitals and health systems. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the conversion rate of existing channels as well as stand up net new sales channels. This role will collaborate closely with Brightside’s marketing, commercial, operations, product design, engineering, and analytics teams, focusing on driving member growth. This position will be responsible for building features across the Brightside platform, including the purchasing funnel and features used by our operations team.

What you’ll be doing as a Lead Product Manager on the Growth team:

  • Drive Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, operations, product designers, engineers, and data analysts to define and drive the overall strategy and development of Brightside Health’s member growth efforts across multiple sales channels.

  • Product Execution: Lead and oversee the end-to-end product implementation of growth efforts, including defining key objectives, developing product requirements, and managing timelines. This role will lead the idea generation and validation of potential improvements using data driven techniques by defining hypotheses, performing user research, and running A/B tests that drive the conversion of prospects into members.

  • Lead Product Launches and Testing: Plan and execute on feature launches, including beta testing and iterations based on user feedback. This includes collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure internal and external users can successfully adopt new features.

  • Utilize Analytics: Define and monitor key product metrics related to Brightside’s growth efforts across multiple sales channels. Leverage data analytics to validate assumptions/hypotheses and to meaningfully improve performance of the purchasing funnel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the healthcare field

  • Proven experience managing growth efforts including optimizing purchasing funnels and expanding into new sales channels. Past experience managing a variety of channels such as search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) is desirable.

  • Past experience leading new features through the full product lifecycle, from the conception & definition phase through design, implementation, and go to market.

  • Capable of working closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts to produce great work

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus toward delivering high-quality product features across various audiences

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
