We are looking for an experienced Provider Services Representative to help support daily operations for our provider and therapist network. This includes regularly communicating with providers and therapists, troubleshooting issues, and working cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.

What you’ll be doing as Provider Services Representative:

• Serve as a point person to address day-to-day provider and therapist operation issues.

• Assist with coordinating coverage and reassignment needs.

• Work cross-functionally across HR, Clinical Leadership, and Product to continuously drive improvement efforts.

• Serve as the administrative support to our clinical leadership team for clinical committee reviews, performance management, and special projects.

• Identify technical problems and escalate relevant information to the engineering team.

• Support providers and therapists by facilitating their schedule needs.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in healthcare operations in the payer or provider setting

• Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

• A meticulously organized and detail-oriented executor

• A proactive problem solver

• Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a semi-structured and dynamic work environment

• An effective oral and written communicator
