We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our IOP / Group team, reporting to the VP of Product Management. In this role, you will own standing up completely new clinical offerings and programs to improve the mental health of our members in support of Brightside’s commercial strategy. You’ll build 0->1 products in close partnership with Brightside’s clinical, commercial, marketing, operations, product design, engineering, and analytics teams, focusing on Intensive Outpatient & Group clinical programs. This position will be responsible for building features across the Brightside platform, including the member experience, provider workflows, and internal features used by our operations team.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Product Manager on the IOP / Group team:

  • Drive Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operations experts, commercial and marketing team leads, product designers, engineers, and data analysts to drive the overall strategy and development of Brightside Health’s new clinical offerings and programs.

  • Translate Clinical Program Design: Partner with clinical leadership to translate traditional evidence-based clinical programs into innovative technology-driven programs that are scalable, effective, and ultimately deliver measurable outcomes for our members.

  • Product Execution: Lead and oversee the end-to-end product implementation of new clinical programs, including defining key objectives, developing project plans, planning resources, and managing timelines. This includes performing user research and developing new features across our member and provider portals to support the launch of new programs.

  • Lead MVP Product Launches and Testing: Plan and execute on MVP program launches, including beta testing and iterations based on user feedback. This includes scaling the new clinical programs across multiple states.

  • Establish Analytics and Program Performance: Establish key product metrics for new programs and develop evaluation frameworks to track program effectiveness and impact. Leverage data analytics to analyze program outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous product and program optimization.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of product management, program management, or technology experience, ideally in the healthcare field

  • Proven experience in taking major products or initiatives from 0->1 through the full product lifecycle, from the conception & definition phase through design, implementation, and go to market

  • Capable of working closely with designers and engineers to produce great work

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus toward delivering high-quality product features across various audiences

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
