Hybrid

  • As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.

Requirements Analysis

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Integration And Automation

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.

Maintenance And Support

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Developer Certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
  • Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
