- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or consultancy.
- A proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in various roles.
- Strong familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in tax terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and knowledge of working visas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Ceipal preferred and other recruitment software such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.
