Position: HR Immigration Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Immigration Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end immigration processes for employees working on global assignments and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US immigration processes, documentation, compliance, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, TN, GC, and other employment-based immigration processes
  • Coordinate with attorneys, employees, recruiters, and vendors for immigration documentation
  • Track visa expiration dates, extensions, amendments, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee immigration records and reports
  • Support onboarding and documentation verification for consultants and employees
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies
  • Assist HR and recruitment teams with immigration-related guidance
  • Handle employee queries related to visa status and documentation
  • Prepare reports and maintain internal trackers for management review

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of US immigration processes and documentation
  • Experience working with immigration attorneys and compliance procedures
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in staffing/recruitment industry is preferred

Position: Senior Accounting Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience handling end-to-end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
