Location: United States (remote; must be able to work across time zones). Up to 50% of working time may require short trips to neighboring states.

Responsibilities
- Support daily monitoring of competitor games in the US market; document in-game events, feature updates, and live-ops mechanics; produce regular competitor intelligence briefs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze game-related data; track industry trends and changes in competitor performance.
- Support user interviews in the US (including recruitment, interview, and data compiling) to help the team understand player behavior and feedback.
- Conduct industry research, desk research, and basic report writing as needed for project requirements.
Requirements
- Students currently studying in the United States; bachelor’s degree or above (in progress); any major (psychology, sociology, statistics, communications, game design, and related fields preferred).
- Passion for the games industry; familiarity with major US game products; prior experience in competitor analysis or user research preferred.
- Basic data analysis skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with platforms such as Sensor Tower is a plus.
- Strong bilingual communication (Chinese and English); able to independently write reports in Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility; able to work effectively in a remote setting; willing to take short trips when required (up to 50% of time to neighboring states).
- Available 20–30 hours per week for 3–6 months of continuous internship.
Nice to Have
- Internship or project experience in the US games industry
- Experience running qualitative interviews or user testing
- Strong interest in real-money gaming, casual games, or competitor analysis
