Core Mission
Serve as the central operational and communication hub for IP, brand, and celebrity integrations across the Aviagames portfolio. Working independently and alongside the VP of Business Development, you will drive the daily execution of partnership projects, build critical external relationships, and ensure partners perceive Aviagames as a highly professional and efficient collaborator, all while enforcing internal adherence to IP guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner Liaison & Relationship Building: Act as the primary daily point of contact between external IP/brand partners and internal Aviagames stakeholders (Publishing, R&D, Marketing, Legal, Finance). Actively cultivate these relationships to position Aviagames as an industry-leading partner.
- Stakeholder Education & Control: Educate internal teams on specific partnership limits, usage rights, and brand guidelines to ensure all concepts and assets remain strictly within contractual boundaries.
- Approval Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end asset review process. Expedite internal requests, track submissions, and actively drive timely approvals from external partners to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Project Tracking: Build and maintain an active tracking system for all concurrent limited-time events (LTEs) and integrations, ensuring cross-functional visibility on project status, risks, and pending action items.
- Operational Management: Facilitate internal and external alignment meetings, prepare agendas, document critical decisions, and enforce follow-up actions.
- Strategic Support: Equip the VP of BD with real-time operational data, issue logs, and project updates to support high-level strategic partner discussions.
Candidate Requirements
- Role Focus: A dedicated facilitator and problem-solver prioritizing operations, execution, and client management over pure sales.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is strictly required for cross-border business communication. Your language skills allow you to comfortably distill nuances in every kind of communication.
- Communication: Proactive and assertive; capable of managing expectations, explaining strict brand boundaries to internal teams, and keeping senior stakeholders accountable.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills required for managing high volumes of complex visual assets, feedback loops, and stringent approval records.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of game development, publishing lifecycles, and live-ops. Specific experience executing limited-time IP crossovers or celebrity integrations is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Previous background working directly with external IP holders, agencies, or in B2B client management.
